Graphichub takes a range of measures to secure your data. We also do our best to ensure we keep the personal data we hold to a minimum and for a set period of time.

Contact forms
The data we collect from our contact forms is stored in the website for a period of 6 months, after which it gets deleted. This data is also stored securely on the Siteground data server and on our workplace computers. If you want to have your data deleted please contact us and our data officer will go through the steps with you. Contact form data may also be stored locally on a laptop or desktop PC belonging to graphichub.
Cookies
Any cookie data held by this website is never used for anything other than the purposes of delivering an improved user experience. We do not track you around the internet or provide your data to third parties.
Analytics
We use a range of website analytics to monitor the visitor behaviours of this website. This includes Clicky Analytics and Google Analytics. All visitor information is collected anonymously and only used to improve the content of the website.

How we protect your data
We do our utmost to ensure your data is protected. Our website has a number of security precautions in place and is fully managed and monitored by a dedicated website company. Web hosting is provided by Siteground who have additional security precautions in place.
Any data stored at our secure premises is stored on computer. These computers are protected against hackers using the latest safety software. Our premises are secured by a modern alarm system and protected with 24 hour CCTV covering all entrances.
