Learn how to prepare your site or vehicle for when we arrive

Whilst we do everything to ensure you’re fully aware of each stage of the delivery and installation process, it’s important to understand that there could be set-backs if some things aren’t in place. With that in mind here are some site and vehicle preparation tips to help things go smoothly.

Exterior and interior signage

Please arrange for a suitable parking area for us to be able to unload tools and signage and to erect any access equipment. This could include scaffolding or other raised platforms.

Some local authorities and shopping centres may require a public access agreement and risk assessment before we begin any work. Please ensure this has been addressed before we agree on installation.

Vehicle graphics

Prior to us installing your vehicle graphics you will need to ensure the surface of your vehicle is clean. This has to be WITHOUT POLISHES AND WAXES as these can impede the application of any self-adhesive graphics.

Please ensure that all dirt and grime is removed otherwise we may need to charge a cleaning fee.

Window graphics

Please ensure that all surfaces such as windows and glass doors are dirt, dust and grime free. This has to be WITHOUT POLISHES, WAXES & EVEN WASHING UP LIQUID OR OTHER DETERGENTS as these can impede the application of any self-adhesive graphics.

A dedicated glass cleaning fluid will usually be fine.
